"Change happens through movement and movement heals."

Do you sit for long periods?
Do you spend a lot of time at the computer?
Do you move too little?
Do your daily habits lead to one-sided postures and repetitive movement patterns?
Pilates training works against these issues. Tense muscles and fascia are gently relaxed, and muscle tone is built where needed. Coordination, agility, and body awareness are enhanced. With regular practice, you modify one-sided postures and movement patterns and help prevent aches and pains.
Current medical insights from fascia research and sports medicine, as well as elements from dance and the Feldenkrais Method, are integrated into my Pilates lessons. I place great emphasis on playful ease, which awakens the joy of moving and carries over from the lesson into everyday life.
