My Pilates Services

My Pilates lessons are suitable for people of all ages. I take any physical limitations into account and adapt the exercises to your individual needs.

Pilates lessons take place in my Pilates and Feldenkrais studio in Basel.

Group Lessons
Tuesday: 5:30–6:30 PM
Wednesday: 12:20–1:20 PM
Thursday: 12:20–1:20 PM

Individual Sessions
By appointment
