I, Tina Doris Wyss, Feldenkrais and Pilates, Gundeldinger Feld, Dornacherstrasse 192, 4053 Basel, hereby confirm that I will comply with the rules set forth by the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and Data Protection Ordinance (DSV).
The purpose of this privacy statement is to inform you, as my client, about how I handle your personal and sensitive data collected in my practice.
Only data that is relevant to therapeutic treatment or to providing information about potential offers is processed. This includes exclusively data that I have collected with your consent, that you have provided to me, or that is publicly available (e.g., telephone directories). Such data may include general personal information (name, address, telephone number, etc.), health-related information or medical history, previously made diagnoses, and any additional data you have provided in the context of treatment (patient records).
Collected, stored, and processed data is exclusively kept in your patient file or, if needed, in an administrative file, particularly in the app required for billing according to tariff 590. All processing steps, including responsible personnel, are traceable in these storage locations.
Your personal data will only be shared with persons or departments within the practice who need it to fulfill contractual and legal obligations. These individuals are informed of the applicable data protection rules and are obliged to comply with them.
Your data or parts thereof will only be shared with external persons or institutions (e.g., insurers) with your explicit consent, except in cases of judicial orders or the enforcement of legitimate claims by the practice.

Written communication between my practice and you is conducted via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. My email system uses standard encryption (SSL encryption).
The practice will use the communication channel you choose. You are aware of the potential risks involved in exchanging sensitive data (e.g., possible access by unauthorized third parties via insecure channels) and accept them. Administrative matters such as appointment changes, invoice copies, medical reports, or forms for the “revocation of confidentiality” are handled via email, either encrypted with a standard encryption program or, with your written consent, unencrypted.
As a current or former client, you may request a copy of all data I have collected about you in a common electronic format at any time. Only physical records will be scanned and provided to you as PDF or in paper form. Data will generally be provided free of charge within a maximum of 30 days.
